Currently Time Clocks USA only ships within North America. International orders please contact Time Clocks
USA PRIOR to ordering online if international service is available. If not otherwise specified Time Clocks
USA uses
UPS as its default shipping method, however some regional delivery services and the US Postal Service may be utilized if deemed better priced or faster service for delivery of your order at the discretion of Time Clocks
USA staff.
Because Time Clocks USA maintains most items in stock at all times, customers can usually expect 4 to 5 business days for delivery anywhere in the United States,
however most customers will see there items within 2 to 3 business days. |

Custom Orders

Products requiring customization (i.e. time stamp die plates, special
configuration, unique items, etc) may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

with any questions regarding your order. |

Damaged Shipments
|
|
Shipments damaged in transit must be claimed with the freight carrier. Be sure to note all damages on the freight bill. If the carrier left
before you discovered the damage, call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. Time Clocks
USA
is not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. |
