Privacy policy
Time Clocks USA (timeclocksusa.com) is operated by Signal Systems, Inc., 5724 Aldrich Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55419 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect
- Order information. When you place an order we collect your name, company name, shipping and billing address, email address and phone number so we can fill your order and contact you about it, and any order notes you choose to add.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers and other payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we see only details such as the card brand and its last four digits.
- Messages. If you email or call us, we keep what you send us so we can answer you.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your information only to process, ship and support your order, to answer your questions, to keep the records the law requires for tax and accounting, and to protect against fraud. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that make an order possible, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe, to process your payment and screen it for fraud;
- Apple, Google or Link (Stripe's saved-checkout service), if you choose to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link; each handles your payment details under its own privacy policy, and Google may use information from Google Pay payments for its own analytics, as described in Google's terms;
- shipping carriers and our shipping-rate service, to quote rates and deliver your order;
- our email delivery service, to send your order confirmation;
- our hosting provider, to run this website;
- for drop-shipped items, the supplier who ships your order.
How it is shared. This information is passed electronically over encrypted connections: automatically, as part of checkout, shipping and order emails, or by us when we place a drop-ship order with a supplier. We share only the details each company needs for its part of your order. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. The one optional exception is the review survey below.
Google Customer Reviews
After you order, the order confirmation page may show a box from Google Customer Reviews asking whether you'd like to rate your purchase. To show it, the page gives Google your order number, email address and expected delivery date. Google emails you a short survey after delivery only if you choose to take part, and Google's own privacy policy covers what it does with that information.
Cookies
Our site stores your shopping cart in your own browser. Stripe uses cookies during checkout to prevent fraud, and Google may use cookies when you pay with Google Pay and in the Customer Reviews box on the order confirmation page. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for business, tax and legal purposes, and then delete them.
Security
This site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, so we never store your full card number. Information sent to the companies above travels over encrypted connections, and access to order information is limited to the people who fill and support orders. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, for example for taxes.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

The information on this website is provided for general information only. We work to keep product descriptions, compatibility notes, prices and availability accurate, but errors can happen; we reserve the right to correct them, including after an order is placed. Product names, model numbers, logos and brands belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products and the equipment they work with; their use does not imply endorsement. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, or as stated on the product page. To the fullest extent the law allows, this website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
